Benefits

Improvements from Kingspan have now made the replacement for the Kooltherm K8 more thermally efficient. With a lower lambda value of 0.019 W/m.K. using the same thickness of sheet as the old K8 would now provide a higher level of insulation which would therefore help in reducing your carbon footprint. Conversley, a thinner sheet can now be used to achieve the same performance as previous thicker versions therefore reducing space.
