Manufactured at the Desford site by Forterra (formerly Hanson), is a extruded/wirecut brick, red in colour, with light texture.

The Forterra Arden Special Reserve is a premium facing brick known for its distinctive character and "handmade" aesthetic, despite being manufactured using modern semi-dry pressed techniques. Part of Forterra’s Ecostock and specialist ranges, it is designed to offer a rustic, weathered appearance that replicates the look of traditional reclaimed masonry. This makes it an ideal choice for renovation projects in conservation areas or for new builds seeking an established, timeless feel.
