The Woodland Mixture

Manufactured by Wienerberger at their Denton works, is an extruded wirecut brick with dragwire face. It is celebrated for its sophisticated colour palette, which features a blend of deep reds, soft oranges, and dark, earthy browns. This "mixture" creates a rich, brindled effect that provides immediate maturity to a building’s exterior, preventing the monolithic look often associated with single-tone bricks.

Technically, the Woodland Mixture is engineered for the demanding UK climate. It carries an F2 rating, signifying it is fully frost-resistant and suitable for use in highly exposed areas. With a compressive strength typically reaching 40 N/mm2 and a water absorption rate of approximately 12%, it offers a dense, durable solution for both residential and commercial projects. Its sanded texture adds a tactile quality that softens its appearance, making it particularly effective for large-scale housing developments.
