Dry Lining Products & Tools
A range of specialist dry lining products and associated products
What is dry lining?
Generally speaking the term dry lining is aimed at a system where plasterboards can be either directly bonded to masonry walls with a ‘dot & dab’ material such as Gyproc Dri-Wall Adhesive or fixed to timber or metal studs. When the plasterboards are in place a tape and joint system is used which when finished correctly will allow the plasterboard surface to be directly decorated rather plastered.
Technically, any form of covering background surfaces with plasterboard or some other similar drywall system would be classed as dry lining.
Which products would I need for dry lining?
Depending on the system being used and what you’re hoping to achieve, you may have a requirement for many products within this category or very little.
Dry lining products and tools are used for fixing, fitting and finishing dry lining systems and come with a choice of options that can be either mixed on site or in some cases a pre-mixed version can be used.
